What is coaching?  Working with a coach allows you to get customized workouts for your goals and your strengths and weaknesses, without having someone hover over you for an hour long session.  You can schedule a regular session time or be flexible depending on your day.

Programs are designed and put into a monthly calendar.  The exercises are explained and a video clip is included.  There is accountability to me, your coach.  You sign into your account and I am notified that you have completed your program for the day.  You can send me real time messages and comments.  This helps both of us progress your program at a suitable rate for you.
