Tight Schedule Workout

Ok today I am on a tight schedule and don’t want to think too much.  We are packing to go to the cottage and the kids are overtired.  I did a simple workout to get my heart rate going, and prevent some tightness for driving for 2.5 hours.

I did 6 sets of this 3 exercise circuit.  For my vertical banded pullup I switched grips every 2 sets- using 3 different grips.

Exercisesprone jacknife

Prone Jacknife-12-15x         

Front Kettlebell swing 20x

Vertical Pullup 8-10x

6 Sets

As you can see this simple program has 1 core and 2 posterior chain exercises for muscle balance and posture.  Also each of these exercises gives a great metabolic effect with a high heart rate from large muscle groups.  Great for any busy mom fat loss program.

Thanks! you have clearly made the point that you do not have to set aside long drawn-out hours to exercise. as long as you are committed it can happen. any busy person can lose weight as long as they are determine and committed to doing so.
