My event partner and I are holding 2 Holiday Shopping Events. The first event is at Mill Run Golf Club in Uxbridge, ON on November 7th and the second one is at Winchester Golf Club in Brooklin, ON on December 5th. Our shopping events showcase small businesses; the majority are entrepreneurial women. We have a fantastic line-up of vendors! These shows will be a great place to get a jump start on holiday shopping. Partial proceeds from our events will benefit the Canadian Cancer Society’s Relay for Life. The main busy mom program is 53 pages.

Couple of questions……

can this work after having five children.. age’s 18, 16, 14, 13 and 12!

I have been trying to loose weight and get back into shape for 12 years now and simply put nothing has really helped :o(.

I do have lumbar spinal scoliosis so is there any adjustments I should be making? I am currently 5’6 height and weight 187 age 37 what should my proper weight be?

Linda, thanks for the comments. The program is a fat loss program and when followed it works- it is progressive. You will need to eat a clean diet and make sure you eat less calories than what you burn. Your ideal weight depends on your body type, you can refer to a BMI chart, which I do not use. I do not correlate fitness and body fat level with the number on the scale. Aim for a pant/dress size you are comfortable with.
For scoliosis no accomodations need to be made, you will haev to be dillegent with your core work and I suggest starting in phase 1 anywhere between weeks 3-6 or refering to the c-section program for extra ab work. There is unilateral leg work for this reason in the program.
For osteo-knee arthiritis you may have some discomfort. Try foam rolling techniques and the terminal knee extension which I will send you if you proceed with this program- just email me. There are also some natural anti inflam creams that you may be a candidate for.
